1. Who We Are

The Canine Club is a Cape Town–based pet care company offering daycare, grooming, training, and boarding services.

2. Booking

All services require an appointment. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

3. Health Requirements

All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and in good health to participate in our services. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of illness or aggression.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. Refunds are available with 24+ hours cancellation notice. No-shows may still incur charges.

5. Belongings

We can't take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during your pet's stay. Please leave valuables at home.

6. Photos

We love sharing pet photos on social media! If you'd prefer we don't use your pet's photos, just let us know.

7. Liability

The Canine Club is not liable for illness, minor conflicts between dogs, or damage resulting from pet behaviour. We take every precaution to keep your pet safe and happy.

8. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Any major changes will be shared on our website or by email.
